7. Expert Witness

If an educational placement or speech-language services are under dispute, and there is a possibility of a hearing, we can provide consultation to a legal team, or can provide necessary testimony. Because we are providing these services for a particular student and not a “side”, we are able to participate with either families or school districts, depending on our analysis of the situation, but we are unable to testify for families in school districts for whom we provide consultative services.  Our ability to contribute in such hearings will be evaluated on an individual basis, and will only be done in close contact with the participating attorney.
